Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Northern Post Production Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our affiliate program, including lead submission, commission earnings, and use of our affiliate platform and services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering as an affiliate or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any related policies.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Northern Post Production Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the program.

Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate registration and payment information
• Comply with all applicable affiliate marketing laws

Affiliate Program Services

• Submit leads for professional services offered by trusted partners
• Refer sub-affiliates using unique referral links
• Track leads, conversions, and commissions via dashboard
• Earn commissions from confirmed sales

Northern Post Production acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for service delivery between leads and providers.

Affiliate Responsibilities

• Submit only accurate and qualified leads
• Use lawful and ethical marketing practices
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Avoid misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Comply with all applicable regulations and standards

Lead Submission and Tracking

Leads are tracked using unique affiliate identifiers. If duplicate leads are submitted, commission is awarded to the affiliate who submitted first. Affiliates can track activity via the dashboard.

Commission Structure

• Direct Commissions (15–25%) on confirmed sales
• Sub-Affiliate Commissions (5–10%) on referred affiliates

Commission rates may vary by service and may be updated at Northern Post Production’s discretion.

Confirmed Sales

A sale is confirmed once payment is processed and verified without disputes or refunds. Commissions may be revoked if a sale is later refunded or found fraudulent.

Payment Terms

• Payments processed on the 5th of every month
• Paid via bank transfer, PayPal, or approved methods
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
• Affiliates are responsible for applicable taxes

Program Fees

Participation is completely free. There are no registration or monthly fees.

Termination

Northern Post Production may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or unethical practices. Affiliates may terminate accounts at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northern Post Production shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee earnings or conversions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northern Post Production and its partners from claims arising from your participation or violations of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

• Spam or deceptive marketing
• Misrepresentation or impersonation
• Unauthorized trademark usage
• Self-referrals or fake leads
• Tracking manipulation or fraud

Intellectual Property

All trademarks and materials remain the property of Northern Post Production. Limited promotional use is permitted with authorization.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved within Indian jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
